Accepting new clients. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or quietly carrying more than others can see? Often, my clients feel stuck in anxiety, low mood, work/life stress, or grief. Many are navigating maternal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, infertility), parenting challenges, or the complexities of raising children, including teens. Others are adolescents themselves navigating the complexities of life at their age. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and gently begin to move toward more ease and balance.
