I am deeply committed to helping clients not only feel supported and understood, but also find better ways to manage and overcome anxiety, depression, self-worth, and relationship issues. Having spent a great deal of time discovering my own personal values and meaning in life, I work to help clients connect with their true selves and navigate existential concerns. It is through my own personal journey with overcoming self-doubt, low confidence, and anxiety that I am drawn to the practice of psychotherapy. I understand how draining and consuming it can be when we get caught up in our problematic thoughts and feelings.
