Hi, I’m Chiara, a Master’s level Counselling Psychology practicum student providing counselling services onsite under the supervision of an approved Site Supervisor. Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re navigating personal challenges, responsibilities, relationships, and ongoing stress. In these moments, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. I see therapy as a space to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with what matters most in a safe and collaborative way. In our work together, we’ll move at your pace, with space for reflection, understanding, and gentle exploration of your experience.
