Weekday Evening Sessions Available I work with women who have learned to override their inner voice in order to be everything for everyone else. The women who keep pushing, holding it all together, and making themselves smaller to fit expectations, while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or not quite themselves. Our work will be grounded in an understanding of how stress, social conditioning and lived experiences impact our nervous system, the body, and the subconscious. Together, we gently begin to untangle those patterns, creating space for you to reconnect with your intuition, your needs and your sense of self.
