Your teen might be overwhelmed by big emotions, stuck in self‑criticism, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others. Or maybe you're a young adult facing life transitions, relationship challenges, or a heaviness that's hard to shake. If any of this feels familiar, you're in the right place. I am Chauni, a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) in Winnipeg, and supporting children, teens, and young adults through life's hardest moments is my calling.
