Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years working in the film industry—a world full of pressure, creativity, chaos, deadlines, big personalities, and constant reinvention. I know what it’s like to navigate complex relationships, perform under pressure, and push yourself while silently struggling. I also understand the courage it takes to get honest with yourself and break long-standing patterns. That's why I am passionate about working with clients seeking change for the better. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship issues, and difficulty family dynamics.
