I am an AuDHD non-binary lesbian therapist that operates an intersectional, anti-racist 2SLGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming practice. I know from experience that growing up neurodivergent can often be traumatic, and made even harder when you are undiagnosed, unsupported, or experiencing gender or race-based discrimination. Identifying as neurodivergent and unmasking as an adult can be freeing, confusing, scary, and can bring up past traumas. I can help you explore your values and intersecting identities, discover who you are, build self-compassion, set boundaries, identify needs and accommodations, and heal from complex traumas.
