I specialize in Reproductive Health Psychology, which means all aspects of our reproductive lives which may impact our emotional and physical health, our sense of identity, and psychological well-being. Examples of this focus include: infertility stress and coping with treatments, pregnancy loss, grief, difficult decision-making, dealing with a diagnosis, navigating complex family-building, mandatory counselling assessment sessions required preceding infertility treatments. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative and in every situation we focus on building hope, courage and resilience in the face of challenges and loss.
