I work primarily using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I’ve had my own challenges with mental health and was once very disconnected from my emotions. I've come a long way, and the result is my approach to therapy today is all about collaboration. I believe that we are each experts in our own experiences, and that we have each come to be through personal and family choices, meanings, identities, and histories. (By way of quick intro, I am Chinese, was born in Hong Kong, and moved from there at age 5 with my family)
