Welcome! Sometimes the stress of day to day life can be really overwhelming. Perhaps you get stuck in overthinking the past, or worry about the future. You are not alone and therapy can help. I work with adults who want to develop greater awareness of their experiences, emotions, and thoughts to feel more grounded, in control, and balanced. My therapeutic approach centers empathy, compassion, curiosity, and a fundamental belief that we all carry a lot, but we don't have to carry it alone. Together, we create a space that is safe for you, to explore what is important to you.
