I provide in-person therapy in downtown Toronto and online virtual therapy throughout Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia. I support people experiencing a variety of concerns, from anxiety to depression and life and relationship transitions. I live with type one diabetes, and specialize in providing mental health support to others living with T1D and other autoimmune disorders. I also specialize in supporting family members, children, and loved ones who have been impacted by someone else’s addiction, and have been a family counsellor with two of Ontario’s largest and longest-standing addiction treatment providers.
