Desert Insight is a group of licensed clinicians who speak English, Spanish & Spanglish! If you don't know where to start, or words to describe what you feel, we know that seeking help can feel scary, especially if no one in your circle "goes to therapy". Please know you're not alone - we are here to help. We work with our clients to identify how past experiences and current mindsets may be affecting relationships, jobs, health and overall quality of life. This includes 'talk therapy' and also EMDR which is different from regular therapy but it can be especially helpful for trauma, phobias, addiction, depression and anxiety.
