Hello, I’m Carly, the founder of Realign Wellness Centre—a multidisciplinary clinic offering psychotherapy, Neurofeedback brain training, and individual and group-based holistic health services for individuals, couples, and families. Realign Wellness also hosts RWC Launch, an internship-based program that provides accessible, affordable therapy to the community while supporting the professional development of emerging therapists. In an increasingly fast-paced and demanding world, my work is focused on fostering spaces that promote clarity, balance, and meaningful connection for both clients and practitioners.
