Often in life we're forced to adapt to situations that are hard on us. We try strategies like people-pleasing or emotional distancing to make it through, but eventually it leaves us with painful feelings and patterns that keep us from making the connections we deeply want. I see youth and adults who are wanting to see change, feel seen, and enjoy meaningful relationships. Together we may work through issues such as anxiety, internal conflict, boundary setting, identity development, trauma, spirituality, and family dynamics.
