I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I completed my MA in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and completed an MSc in Neuroscience and a BSc in Neuroscience and Mental Health from Carleton University where my research focused on understanding the influence of genetics, trauma, and social support in the development of depression and resilience in adults. I provide psychotherapy to adults. I have significant experience working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions.
