Hello! I work with children, teens, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and self-esteem concerns. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals who are struggling with grief, self-worth, and feelings of not being “good enough.” Clients often describe me as warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to, and I strive to create a relaxed, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I aim to help clients feel understood, supported, and less alone.
