If you're navigating infertility or IVF, you may be carrying a kind of grief that feels invisible to others- cycles of hope and disappointment, difficult decisions, and a deep sense of loss that isn't always acknowledged. It can be exhausting, isolating, and hard to put into words. You don't have to hold all of this on your own. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples in MB and ONT moving through infertility, as well as those coping with the loss of a parent or partner. These experiences often bring complex, overlapping emotions- grief, anger, numbness, uncertainty- and a sense that others don't fully understand.
