I support children, adolescents and adults using a client-centred, integrative approach, tailoring evidence-based strategies to each individual’s needs and goals. I provide a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space, and am committed to affirming and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals with compassion and respect. With experience in community and inpatient settings, I work with clients and families to build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and support meaningful growth and well-being. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients and their families toward a life that feels meaningful to them.
