Congrats on taking the first step in considering therapy! I offer general talk therapy and exposure therapy. I work primarily with clients living with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, and trauma related disorders. Intrusive thoughts that feel dangerous or unacceptable, mental rituals, checking, reassurance seeking, avoidance, and a constant drive for certainty that can take over daily life. Treatment with me is structured and active, using exposure and response prevention and prolonged exposure. I also provide traditional talk therapy for clients outside these areas.
