I work with clients to explore and process different events and times in their lives that may have been traumatic or distressing, which when left unprocessed can resurface as chronic shame, unstable relationships, anxiety, depression, and addictions. In response to experiencing these symptoms, we can find ourselves under intolerable imbalances of avoidance (people, emotions, etc.) and dependance (substances, social media, etc.). I work best with clients looking to dig into this type of deeper work, or focused short-term work with psychedelic and mystical experience integration, or gender, sexuality, and identity-development work.
