I have over 15 years of experience working with children, youth and adults with a range of mental health difficulties. My specific areas of experience and expertise include, trauma, complex trauma, anxiety (generalized anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety), depression, emotional dysregulation, grief, obsessive compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, and substance use problems. I have extensive experience working in a theraputic setting in northern communities. Please note that I only have daytime availability at this time.
