You do not have to face the challenges of life alone. Sometimes you need a helping hand and a friendly ear to talk to. I offer psychotherapy, somatic Therapy and counselling for individuals, couples and families. I have worked with clients to improve their resilience, and uncover their strengths using a client centered approach and different modalities to meet needs for over 10 years. I am experienced with people who have ADDHD, ADHD, ASD, Autism, BPD, LD, MID, PTSD, ODD, OCD. I am a Canadian Military Veteran, former Special Education Teacher, Developmental Service Worker, Social Service Worker, CYW and Correctional Chaplain.
