I work with young people and their families who struggle with a variety of issues including ADHD, trauma, school avoidance, anxiety, depression, internet addiction, aggression, and many more. Families can be negatively impacted by the difficulties, and parents often want to help their children/teen and don't know how to do this. I work with the individual or the parents to help them learn ways to work through their current difficulties by using evidence-based interventions that provides practical skills to use in a variety of settings (at home, at school, at work, in public, etc).
