I offer a trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapy space, with art therapy as one of the ways we explore and understand your experiences. Depending on your needs, sessions may include conversation, creative expression, or sensory-based approaches to support emotional awareness, regulation, and personal growth. I work with children, youth, and adults, and currently practice at Ottawa Art Therapy as a Professional Art Therapist. 我希望为你提供一个安全、被尊重的治疗空间，陪你在自己的节奏中慢慢整理内在的感受与经历。艺术治疗是我常用的支持方式之一，也可以根据你的需要，通过谈话、创意表达或感官体验来一起探索，帮助你更好地理解自己、调节情绪，并支持个人成长。我目前以专业艺术治疗师的身份在 Ottawa Art Therapy 执业，与儿童、青少年及成人工作，并可提供普通话服务.
