I work with teens, parents, and families who are tired, stuck, overwhelmed, or carrying more than anyone can realistically hold for long. Many come when communication has broken down, stress has taken over, or relationships feel strained and unfamiliar. Others are navigating anxiety, identity shifts, big emotions, or life changes without clear direction. You don't need to arrive having sorted everything out first. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can make sense of what you're carrying, reconnect with your strengths, and find steadier footing through life's changing tides.
