Together, we will explore the stories that shape your experiences, recognizing how struggles can create dominant narratives that overshadow your strengths, values, and preferred ways of being. Therapy is a space to reclaim your voice, rediscover your skills and knowledge, and examine how power, identity, and social and cultural contexts shape life’s challenges.
