Anxiety and depression can emerge from many places. Whether it’s trauma, grief, stress, life transitions, or a diagnosis, our sessions will explore your individual story as we integrate evidence-based care. I know how OCD “themes” feel scary to share. Maybe it’s guilt, fear, shame or all of them. I will help you face those fears and work towards the life you deserve to live regardless of what message OCD tells you. If you have ADHD, we will explore ways to improve the ways perfectionism, stress, inattention, relationships other challenges emerge. I also support families that navigate a love one’s neurodivergence.
