Many people struggling with addiction are also dealing with trauma, burnout, or stress that keeps them stuck in the same patterns. I specialize in helping people break cycles of substance use and address the underlying issues that make recovery difficult. In addition to my clinical training as a therapist, I bring lived experience with addiction and long-term recovery. Many clients find it helpful to work with someone who understands the challenges of recovery from both a professional and personal perspective.
