Are you struggling to cope with emotions, constant adjustments to change and no longer feel in control of your life? These challenges make it difficult to feel like yourself, manage stress and enjoy things that once brought you meaning. Maybe you are struggling to cope with anxiety, depression or lingering effects of a concussion. I am here to work with you in regaining a sense of balance and coping. Together we explore themes such as your own self-talk, coping strategies, boundaries in your relationship(s) or anything else you wish to better understand. It’s important to me that we work collaboratively through this process.
