I support individuals who live in the space between complexity and sensitivity—those who feel deeply, think expansively, and often carry emotional patterns that are hard to name, let alone untangle. Many of my clients are creatives, entrepreneurs, or professionals navigating burnout, transitions, or a sense of disconnection from their inner compass. They arrive overwhelmed, uncertain, or emotionally blocked—yet with a quiet knowing that something deeper is asking to be heard. Healing, to me, isn’t about fixing, it’s about remembering. In that remembering, we begin to come home to ourselves, a return to our true essence.
