I work with individuals, and families facing emotional, behavioural, or relationship challenges. Clients often come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating stress, anxiety, family conflict, or parenting concerns. Many are looking for practical tools and a better understanding of themselves or their child. We offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space, using a trauma-informed, family-centered approach. Together, we build insight, strengthen communication, and develop skills to support meaningful, lasting change.
