My areas of expertise include the treatment of psychological trauma, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and couple and family relationships. I use an attachment and trauma-informed lens, working collaboratively with clients to understand the ways in which their past experiences have influenced how they relate to themselves, others, and the world. I work extensively with couples, First Responders, and individuals who have experienced childhood abuse/neglect and other forms of psychological trauma. I also provide Clinical Supervision to RSWs, RPs, and practicum students and hold a certification from WLU in Clinical Supervision.
