These years can be tender and complex, and I meet them with deep respect, curiosity, and care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client. Drawing from multiple modalities, we work toward healing in ways that feel meaningful—whether through nervous system regulation, exploring personal narratives, or understanding the different parts that shape who they are.
