You may be feeling anxious, depressed, stuck in recurring relationship patterns, or navigating a major life transition. Sometimes the source of distress is clear; other times it feels confusing and difficult to put into words. I work with adults seeking greater self-understanding, emotional growth, and meaningful change. I offer therapy in both English and Farsi and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Many of my clients are curious about understanding themselves more deeply and finding new ways of relating to themselves and others.
