Hi, my name is Ashmita Lilliah. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario. I am currently completing practicum at MindfulWe. From a young age growing up in Guyana, I’ve recognized value in peoples’ lived experiences. A lot of these lived experiences often get forgotten, get labeled as insignificant, or even get seen as unfortunate.
