I work best with adults who often feel like they are carrying a lot internally, even if things appear “fine” on the outside. Many are caring, responsible, and emotionally thoughtful individuals who are used to holding things together for others while quietly experiencing anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, or self-doubt. They may be navigating relationship stress, ADHD, trauma, or life transitions and are looking for a space to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and supported way.
