I am a therapist and board-certified music therapist who supports children, teens, and adults. I blend evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT-informed work, mindfulness, somatic regulation) with expressive therapies, including music therapy and creative modalities. I work from a culturally sensitive, LGBTQ2S+ affirming, trauma-informed lens. I welcome clients who feel deeply, who care intensely, and who want a space where their inner world is understood—children learning emotional regulation, teens exploring identity, and adults healing old wounds or navigating burnout, relationships, and neurodivergent experiences.
