Emotions hold meaning and serve a purpose for us, and we can work together to help you connect with them more deeply. EFT is a more traditional type of therapy centred on processing emotion. EMDR is a form of accelerated processing centred on moments in life (often hidden from us) which we have yet to fully integrate.
