As a teen or young adult, deciding to seek counselling takes courage! Together we work towards finding solutions or new ways of thinking. I believe that most people are stronger than they think and I encourage them to recognize and utilize their strength. I offer bilingual counseling services (english and french) for teens and adults. Services are available to address issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, stress, parenting, postpartum mood disorders, divorce, etc. It is important to me that my clients feel comfortable when they see me and that they feel like they are not alone.
