My approach centres on your experience - your lived experience, your values, and your way of being in the world. I’m here to walk with you and help you hold hope when it’s feeling dim, and help you to create your path forward into growth and expansion. I believe relationships are fundamental to our worlds, and work both relationally in session, as well as have a clinical focus on relationships (whether you are coming in for individual or couples therapy). My clinical orientation is integrative, with extensive experience in cognitive behavioural, contemplative, existential-humanistic, and experiential therapies.
