The challenges we face often exceed our ability to problem solve and cope, even with the assistance of family and friends. At these very difficult times an experienced psychologist can be immensely helpful. I have over 30 years experience as a clinical, school and health psychologist. In addition to emotional difficulties, I address the stress/anxiety associated with illnesses (including grief counselling), infertility, medical treatment, and, as a former school board psychologist, I also treat school related academic and emotional difficulties. For the convenience of clients I offer office, telephone and virtual therapy.
