Mental health is such an important aspect of our functioning and when it is isn't prioritized, it has a way of getting our attention. Living a life free of challenges, disappointment, emotional difficulties, stress, interpersonal conflict, or unexpected life stressors is just not realistic. Whether it's depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, burnout, low confidence, unexpected health issues, or loss, I will help you process your situation. I will be attentive, but also challenging, to help you discover what is needed to improve your mental health and feel more in control or at peace with your situation.
