I have been in practice for over 35 years with individuals, couples and families. I am also a registered marriage and family therapist. I deal with many different issues in people's lives such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, marital strife, family problems, loss, trauma. Often issues overlap with each other. The goal is to help each person or couple or family find ways to move forward and mange and /or reduce and/or eliminate the problem(s). The process is collaborative using the skills that individuals may already have.
