I believe therapy should be practical and actionable to help you get the best results and achieve positive lasting change as quickly as possible. As a client-centered therapist, I work collaboratively and offer an individualized approach to meet clients where they're at. My work is inspired by the science of interpersonal neurobiology, allowing me to provide education about human behaviour and neurophysiology to help clients make sense of their difficulties and see their challenges from a normalizing view. Many clients find this information to be helpful, hopeful, and empowering, as it gives us a roadmap for resolving their issues.
