My clients often describe feeling disconnected, dropping hobbies, having a hard time imagining the future, and isolating from others. They focus on what is going wrong in life, struggle to see the point in life, and notice being pretty tough on themselves. I largely focus on working with men who are struggling with depression and men who have never tried therapy before, however, I am open to working with all genders if my profile resonates with you.
