When we are struggling, suffering, and facing challenges in our lives - whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, overwhelm, or things we wish we could change - it’s because we've adopted ways of being that are now habits that can be difficult to alter. But we are whole, just as we are! We grow in changing how we respond to ourselves and the experiences and events in our lives. Having someone to walk alongside you on the journey as you learn which habits or outdated beliefs no longer work can support you as you make changes.
