As human beings, we evolved listening to each other’s stories. This is how we heal, by connecting with each other. In fact, I know this is true: I grew up in a traumatic and addicted family system, and am no stranger to therapeutic healing. I have dedicated my life to helping others navigate the often tricky business of extricating themselves from being stuck, of choosing a life with more authenticity. Finding a balance between the demands of work, home and self care can feel impossible. You may have sleep issues, rely on self-destructive behaviours, or just not know how to move forward.
