I provide trauma and attachment focused psychotherapy, consultation, and training for individuals and professionals. In my clinical practice, I work with individuals (18+) who are experiencing difficulties related to their past and/or recent traumatic experiences. These experiences can include: attachment trauma (childhood abuse, relationship trauma), PTSD, C-PTSD, medical trauma, and individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder. I work extensively with First Responders who often seek my services to engage in early mental health interventions, manage Operational Stress Injury/PTSD, and/or moral injury/sanctuary trauma.
