You need relief from emotional pain and everything you’ve tried so far has not worked. You’re stuck in patterns of behaviour that end up making you feel worse, and you don’t feel in control in many areas of your life. Your relationship is suffering and it’s hard to communicate what you’re going through. My passion is to help you discover the tools to cultivate a sense of hope and confidence in yourself. When you are ready, I will help you explore your experiences with emotions, thoughts, and patterns of behaviours so that I can support with addressing underlying layers. We will work together to help things feel more manageable.
