I offer individual counselling to adults in areas such as alcohol, drug, gambling and sex addiction I also counsel people who struggle with anxiety, depression, managing emotions and communication. I work with people who want to quit smoking or cut back to make positive healthy change in their lives. I believe everyone can lead a healthy fulfilled life and I support people who want to make that change. I help families who have loved ones who are addicted and help support them to understand their loved ones addiction and how it impacts their lives.
